Jackie started Jackie Kerr Recruitment from her bedroom with hard work, determination and no funding, sometimes working through the night to service her valued clients, at the same time juggling raising her two girls. She then moved into offices in the Highworth high street and has now built up the success that is Jackie Kerr Recruitment, today, 27 years later.
Jackie is from a Recruitment, HR and Management background. Before she started her own Recruitment Agency, she worked for a local Independent Agency, which gave her the groundings and moral attitude to run her own Agency. 27 years on, she still answers the phone, carries out sales, visits clients and most importantly, brings fun, laughter and motivates the team.
