Telesales Administrator 

Swindon, Wiltshire 

Our client are looking for a Telesales Administrator to join their team in Swindon to assist with outbound and inbound calls on a daily basis and ensure customers are looked after professionally. 

Purpose of position

  • Handling inbound and outbound diarised sales calls
  • Processing orders and dealing with after sale customer care
  • To work towards set monthly target (team based) working with specific campaigns as and when required

Main Accountabilities

  • Process and maximise consumables sales across all UK direct product lines.
  • Recognising wider sale opportunities and referring to the appropriate region.
  • Generate sales revenue against profit margin, adhering to process and order quality.
  • Interaction with peers, other colleagues and management team to drive continued growth and best practice improvement for Stanley.
  • To be an ambassador for the company at all times
  • Such other duties as the management team may from time to time reasonably require.         

The ideal candidate

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working in a small team
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with determination to achieve team targets
  • Good organisational skills  
  • Experience of sales or up-selling would be advantageous
