The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week. The Service Manager will provide leadership and direct all operational field activities and resources including safety, customer satisfaction, operationally derived quoting/customer consultation, labour and resource planning, field operative productivity, material requisition/preparation, vehicle and equipment management and service request execution. This is a key management role within the Branch. The ideal candidate needs to be absolutely trustworthy, committed to achieving results and self-motivating, you should have people management experience and be an extremely good team builder. Satisfying customers is the absolute key to success in this business and any applicant must be flexible and customer focused. Both practical and theoretical engineering experience is necessary, as is an understanding and at least three years’ relevant experience of the maintenance service business/ crane industry/electrical knowledge. Basic financial and business understanding is also beneficial.
