Inside Sales Business Review Specialist 

Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire 

£24,000 - £25,000 Per Annum 


Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Business Review Specialist Agreement Renewal to join their team in Ashby De La Zouch.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Regular consultation with our customers.
  • Perform Business Review with customer via Skype or phone using our Customer Portal with a goal of expanding the service agreement and securing the renewal.
  • Carrying out follow up calls and management of the Sales Funnel through use of our CRM software ensuring cases are up to date and at the correct stage.
  • This role will have the responsibility for meeting assigned sales targets and will require close collaboration with our Branch managers across the UK.
  • Creating sales leads based upon consultations with our customers and assigning leads to correct sales resources.

General Responsibilities

  • Implementing good management practices such as planning and control, both personally and within your department, to accomplish organisational goals
  • Regular discussions with your Manager to identify any specific problem areas in your section and agree aims and objectives and establish time scales for implementation.
  • Be actively involved in the development and implementation of the Integrated Management Systems.
