Our client is a leading food service provider, supplying catering businesses and the general public with quality products for over 25 years.

They are currently looking for an Inbound Customer Service candidate to manage existing customer accounts and maintain good client relationships.

 

Duties

  • To take inbound calls from existing customers regarding their orders for the next week
  • Upsell or cross sell new products or new offers

 

Experience

Working in a similar inbound or outbound customer service role

Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and attention to detail

PC Literate

 

Working Hours

Mon- Thurs 10am- 6pm or 9.30am- 6pm

Sun 2pm- 7pm
