Customer Service Team Leader - £35,000 per annum
To hold direct responsibility for your team, ensuring that high levels of customer service are being met in line with customer SLA's.
- Workload planning, distribution and resource deployment
- Production of required reports and analysis
- Communicating daily within your team environment in order to improve operational effectiveness
- Take a pro-active approach to workload, pitching in as and when required
- Coach and develop you team to achieve agreed standards
