Customer Service Coordinator - £22,000 per annum
In this heavily administrative focussed role you will be involved with setting up contracts into the company's recently implemented system, ensuring that all agreements match across all core systems
- Data entry, manipulation and validation of contracts and agreements
- Support the account management team in the delivery of the customer development plan
- Ensure system data and client information is always accurate and up to date
- Professionally deal with any general enquiries
- Deliver a level of Customer Service that meets or exceed the customers SLA's
