Customer Service Administrator - £21,000 per annum
Working as part of the Downtime Control team to deliver a great customer service through the effective management of vehicle downtime. Providing an excellent support service to other internal departments
- Role is split into two. The management of downtime vehicles, and communications with company stakeholders
- Managing the downtime of vehicles whilst off the road and in garages
- Liaising with garages to get the vehicle on the road in the fastest time
- Ensuring all parties involved are informed at all times
