Our well established client based in Faiford are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy team.
Due to the nature of this role, our client has specified that candidates who apply for this position must have relevant experience working in a similar setting.
- Inputting data onto in-house system
- Managing and drafting important emails
- Maintaining and updating electronic and paper filing systems in an efficient and logical manner
- Preparing, copying and processing letters, documentation and files
- Mailing, faxing,
- Liaising with client as required
The successful applicant will be expected to have all the following skills:
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and effectively internally and externally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
