Regular readers of these newsletters will remember our client feature in March 2017 about Chris Spratling, the award-winning business coach and owner of one of the UK's fastest growing business & executive coaching practices. We helped Chris last year by finding a Business Development Manager to help him grow his very successful coaching business.
We are delighted to report that, in just over a year, Chris's business has gone from strength to strength and he is now looking to expand his team further. We were extremely pleased when recently he chose to ask Jackie Kerr Recruitment to find him another Business Development Manager.
Even though we know Chris and his business well, we still took the time to discuss what he was looking to achieve with this new appointment, the type of person that would fit into his organisation, and what may have changed in his goals over the last twelve months. This valuable research also helps us to sell the overall opportunity to potential candidates.
We pre-interviewed a number of suitable candidates and arranged for the shortlisted individuals to visit Chris at his offices. With a presentation about Action Coach and what he was looking for in the new role, Chris was able to interview each candidate in depth before choosing his new Business Development Manager.
