For this month's case study, we are delighted to feature Eddingtons Ltd.
Since August 2000, Eddingtons Ltd has built a great reputation for finding innovative and quirky kitchen tools & gadgets for their customers in the UK & Ireland. Since the launch of their Food Service Division, Eddingtons now sells products into both the UK Retail and Catering channels from its offices, warehousing facilities and extensive showroom in Hungerford in rural Berkshire.
Last year we successfully recruited two customer service administrators for Eddingtons Ltd and we are delighted to hear that the company is going from strength to strength as a result of both an increase in organic sales and recent successful acquisitions. Earlier this year we were approached again by Eddingtons who were looking for another member to add to their growing Customer Services team.
From our visits to their head office we have made sure that we understand the requirement of the role and the skills and attributes that successful candidates would need to demonstrate. This also gave us the opportunity to discover more about the company's plans and career prospects. This helps us sell the many benefits of joining the Eddingtons' team when selecting and pre-interviewing potential candidates for the role.
